It aims to achieve coordinated and sustainable economic and social development. It is a concept that advances equitable opportunities for economic participants to share the benefits of globalization, helps micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises as well as individuals to achieve growth, protects vulnerable groups, and liberalizes trade and investment.
